Vegetation is a cornerstone of biological diversity and exerts its influence into almost every facet of the biophysical world. Many biophysical processes and functions depend on or are connected to vegetative conditions. This online course provides a platform view of the importance of monitoring and assessing vegetation, especially woody vegetation. This course is specifically designed for KAU scholars who had registered for the regular MSc (F) course "Measurement and Assessment of Vegetation".
